Niagara Designs,Inc is run by Andrew and his wife Anna. Andrew has some experience in the architectural world and his wife Anna has had some experience in the fine arts world. We hope to soon be offering some prints of Anna's artwork for sale and possibly offering some photography prints too. Andrew hopes to find some spare time to make more shed and garden structure designs available as well. The construction plans are very detailed and thorough, allowing you to make a deal with a contractor or carpenter - or do the work largely yourself. As a general rule of thumb, construction costs in North America are generally fifty percent materials and fifty percent labour. This means that if you do the work yourself you could save up to fifty percent of the construction costs.
