This clubhouse is on stilts and the floor is five feet
above the ground. It is four feet square in plan and there is about four and a half feet of
headroom inside.
The structure serves as a child's clubhouse but also serves as
a place for an adult to retreat to and read a book or just relax in. The clubhouse or playhouse design is a wooden structure.
Complete clubhouse plans include foundation plan, floor framing plan,
three dimensional drawing showing platform framing, three dimensional drawing
showing stud framing, four elevations, two sections, roof framing plan, details,
three dimensional drawing showing completed structure, material list with
quantities, and plenty of construction notes and dimensions. Three full sheets of
18 by 24 inch prints of construction plans to build it yourself or contract it out
to a handyman.
