Children of all ages will love this small playhouse. Placed somewhere in your yard, this small structure will provide a happy setting for children. Slightly scaled down from adult size, it's proportions will fit children's needs and yet it is still large enough to serve as a place for storing garden tools and lawn furniture.
Incorporated in the design is a covered porch area with railings and decorative trim. The porch back wall has a window with shutters and window box and a door leading into the house portion. The structure is about eight feet by eight in plan outside. The door is two feet and four inches wide by four feet and eight inches high. There is five to six feet of headroom inside.
Complete playhouse plans include foundation plan, floor framing plan, floor plan, three dimensional drawing showing major framing components, four elevations, three sections, roof framing plan, rafter details, bracket detail, window box detail, material list with quantities, three dimensional drawing showing completed structure, and plenty of construction notes and dimensions. Three full sheets of 18 by 24 inch prints of construction plans to build it yourself or contract it out to a handyman.
