This is a 1-1/2 car garage plan. That is one car bay, and another half bay for a work bench and storage area. Inside, the floor space is 20 feet deep by over 16 feet wide. There is a man door leading into the work area and two windows, one on each side wall to allow natural light into the garage. Cladding is aluminum siding for a maintenance free exterior.
Complete garage plans include foundation plan, floor plan, roof framing plan, typical rafter detail, elevations, cross and longitudinal sections, eight large scale details showing critical conditions, a three dimensional drawing showing the major framing components, a three dimensional drawing showing the completed structure, material list with quantities, and plenty of construction notes and dimensions.
