This design is the size of a double car garage, but it can handle only one car. There is a partition in the middle of the building that separates two spaces. Each space is 20 feet deep by 13 feet wide. One space is a one car garage and the other is a home office or studio. The office has four windows, an outside door, and a door leading to the garage. The garage has a garage door and one side window.

This arrangement lends itself to a design suitable for a small home based business. The plans call for the office to be finished with drywall. There is a small step down from the office to the garage. Construction is wood frame.

Complete office and garage plans include a foundation plan, floor plan, roof framing plan, four elevations, three sections, material list with quantities, a sheet of details, finished perspective view, three dimensional view showing major framing components, and plenty of construction notes and dimensions. Five full sheets of 18 by 24 inch prints of construction plans to build it yourself or contract it out to a handyman.
