This small garage or shed is twelve feet wide by sixteen
feet deep, outside, and has a five foot wide by seven foot high garage door, a two
foot eight inch wide man door, and seven windows around the perimeter. It has a
concrete floor and is intended primarily as a work and storage space. You can
store various items such as a lawn mower, snow blower, small tractor, bicycles,
lawn furniture, and/or gardening tools etc in this shed. It is intended that a work bench can
be placed inside along one of the walls, (below the windows). This would make the
shed the perfect place for various work activities, such as potting plants or small
woodworking projects. Construction is 2X4 wood frame, with vinyl siding, asphalt
roof shingles, and concrete floor slab.
Complete shed plans include: foundation
plan, floor plan, roof framing plan, cross and longitudinal sections, rafter
detail, three dimensional drawing showing all major framing components, a
perspective view of the finished structure, material list with quantities, and
plenty of construction notes and dimensions. Four full sheets of 18X24 inch prints
of construction plans are also included so that you can build it yourself or
