This is a two car garage. It is 24 feet by 24 feet outside. There are two 7' -0" X 7' -0" overhead garage doors. There is a 2'-8" X 6' -8" man door and two windows, one on each side wall to allow natural light in to the garage. Cladding is vinyl siding for a maintenance free exterior.
Complete garage plans include foundation plan, floor plan, roof framing plan, elevations, cross and longitudinal sections, eight large scale details showing critical conditions, a three dimensional drawing showing the major framing components, a three dimensional drawing showing the completed structure, material list with quantities, and plenty of construction notes and dimensions. Four full sheets of 17 X 22 inch prints of construction plans to build it yourself or to contract it out to a builder.
