This small shed is eight feet wide by twelve
feet deep, outside, and has a pair of man doors, and a window. It has a
concrete floor and is intended primarily as a storage space. You can
store various items such as a lawn mower, snow blower, small garden appliances, bicycles,
lawn furniture, and/or gardening tools etc. Construction is 2X4 wood frame, with vinyl siding, asphalt
roof shingles, and a concrete floor slab. It is of such a size that some municipalities may not require a permit. (Check your local conditions) This shed is similar to #124 but is a different proportion in plan.
Complete shed plans include: foundation
plan, floor plan, roof framing plan, cross and longitudinal sections, three dimensional drawing showing all major framing components, a
perspective view of the finished structure, material list with quantities, and
plenty of construction notes and dimensions. Two full sheets of 17X21 inch prints
of construction plans for you to build it yourself or
contract it out to a handyman.
