The net effect of all this is a terrific looking building. All theproportions, including the height, roof slope, window size & spacing anddoor openings are just great.As you may recall I had looked at every building center in and aroundToronto for plans or a custom/prefab alternative. There was no productor plan out there. Your plans therefore were just the ticket because I did not have to compromise in any respect.I hired an experienced builder who has done a lot of renovation work forme who was responsible for the project and I worked along side as thehelper.Your plans were easy to follow and the project was not difficult.It took about a month as we waited for the cement to cure properlybefore applying weight. While I could have probably done the entire job myself the experience of my friend B was well worth having. As he has built houses before we made a very few mistakes along the way. Everything was square from start to finish. I appreciate this more having been through the process.So that is my experience. The cost of your plans was very reasonablewhen compared to materials and labour. You may have underpriced them!
