The net effect of all this is a terrific looking building. All the proportions, including the height, roof slope, window size & spacing and door openings are just great. As you may recall I had looked at every building center in and around Toronto for plans or a custom/prefab alternative. There was no product or plan out there. Your plans therefore were just the ticket because I did not have to compromise in any respect. I hired an experienced builder who has done a lot of renovation work for me who was responsible for the project and I worked along side as the helper.Your plans were easy to follow and the project was not difficult. It took about a month as we waited for the cement to cure properly before applying weight. While I could have probably done the entire job myself the experience of my friend B was well worth having. As he has built houses before we made a very few mistakes along the way. Everything was square from start to finish. I appreciate this more having been through the process. So that is my experience. The cost of your plans was very reasonable when compared to materials and labour. You may have underpriced them!
